By accessing or using Get AI Icons ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Get AI Icons is an AI-powered icon and illustration generation platform. Users can generate icons and illustrations from text prompts or uploaded photos using various style presets. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased as one-time packs and do not expire.
• Each successful image generation consumes one credit. Failed generations do not consume credits.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.
• Prices are subject to change. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and package sizes at any time.

5. Ownership and License

• You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service.
• Generated icons and illustrations are yours to use for both personal and commercial purposes, including client work, apps, websites, and marketing materials.
• You may not claim that AI-generated outputs were created entirely by a human if doing so would be misleading in your jurisdiction.
• We retain no ownership over your generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate content depicting real people without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself (reselling generated outputs is permitted).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, refuse, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies without refund of remaining credits.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime, errors, or interruptions in the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get AI Icons, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
